thinking instead of feeling

Once there was a man by Nocom Passion and he would continuesly not care how others were affected by his decisions. If the decision did not affect him much then without any doubt he would do that choice. For example, let's say Nocom had to choose between having the love of his life or loosing his job he would only think about how he would survive or how he would ever find another job, and would never get his love. One day Nocom left his peacful, clean, calm apartment and noticed a child looking for his dog. Ofcourse Nocom felt bad for the child as he was incapable of finding the dog by himself. The dogwas located in a dark alley way where Nocom was certain the dog would be frightened and bight him. Usually, in these types of situations Nocom would leave the boy feeling no regret thinking "Atleast I didn't get bit". But today was different, for some reason Nocom went into the ally and plucked the dog from the darkness. Ofcourse the dog bit him on contact but he pursued forward to get the dog to the child. The moral of this tale is to show that sometimes it is good to make decisions based upon compassion. If one chooses to Make decisions intellectually based they may be safe but could in the end be lonely and unhappy due to the lack of compassion.
